Limited Warranty: FabCad® warrants that the software furnished will substantially conform to published specifications provided that it is used on the computer hardware and software for which it is designed. FabCad® also warrants that any magnetic, CD or downloadable media on which the software is distributed to be free of defects of material or workmanship. FabCad® will replace defective media or switch to a different media in order to accomplish distribution. If FabCad® is unable to accomplish this within 90 days of original delivery, FabCad® will refund the license fee. AutoDesk® and other software providers have separate warranties for their products that FabCad® may distribute.
Because software is inherently complex and may not be completely free of errors, you are advised to verify your work. Actual castings and information about them may not exactly match dimensions published or designed in the software. Data developed by FabCad‘s spreadsheet programs may require verification before use. In no event will FabCad be liable for direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the software or documentation. In no case shall FabCad’s liability exceed the amount of the License fee.
